Function Description：
IEC Gateway IEC2004-A9 (2 Ethernet port, 4 RS485 serial port, dynamically supports 2048 points). It supports the collection and forwarding of over 500 protocols into the IEC protocol or IEC61850 protocol.
The gateway uses X2IEC software for configuration, where "X" in X2IEC represents various acquisition-side protocols, "2" is a homophone for "To" indicating conversion, and "IEC" is the final supported standard, the IEC protocol.
Users can configure based on the communication protocol of the on-site equipment, converting it into the standard IEC104 protocol or IEC61850 protocol. After simulating and running error-free on the PC, it can be uploaded to the hardware protocol conversion gateway.
Note that the base address for IEC registers on both the acquisition side and the forwarding side of this gateway starts from 0.
Application Field：
Hardware gateway supports multiple protocol conversion, can solve PLC, air conditioning, elevator, fire control, lighting control system, electric meter, water meter of different products, through the hardware gateway will be Modbus, BACnet and other various different protocols into IEC104 protocol or IEC61850 protocol, so that the IEC client configuration software can access the site through the X2IEC gateway equipment, implementation data acquisition, data monitoring, and remote reading scene temperature, and alarm status data.

Register Type:
The IEC gateway supports the conversion of various protocols into the IEC104 protocol or IEC61850 protocol. The register types and maximum number of points supported by the IEC gateway are listed in the table below.
Note: the gateway register number is dynamic support, each register can be built up 2048 points.
