Requirement
An aluminum manufacturer in Anqing needed to connect regulated equipment data to a municipal cloud platform without a dedicated transmission network. Sensor-register interpretation and the platform’s data format also required coordination.
Solution
The project selected HMI1001-ARM-4G and used 4G connectivity for field-data transmission. X2View configuration, register verification and technical support were used to adapt the data to the platform’s required format.
Reported result
The source reports completion of the municipal-platform connection and real-time production-equipment data collection, providing a basis for further digital management. It gives no measured efficiency or cost-reduction figures; none are added here.
