First confirm that OPC UA forwarding is listed for the target model. In the documented X2View interface, open Forwarding → OPC UA Server, enable it and set the port, user authentication and server certificate as required. Upload the project to the device.
The manual gives opc.tcp://device-IP:4840 as the default endpoint format; use the actual port if changed. OPC UA does not require DCOM configuration. Begin by reading a small set of configured tags and checking value and quality. The configuration menu does not establish identical capacity, performance or licensing across all models.
