The documented entry point is IoT → Remote Project Upload. Enable remote upload to the gateway and configure the MQTT server address and port used by the project. First upload a project with this feature enabled through a working LAN connection.
The gateway must be able to access the external network and the X2View PC must also be online. Distinguish gateway name, topic and gateway ID across devices to avoid selecting the wrong target. Retain the original project and verify the device and required login permissions before making changes. Remote access does not remove the need for the project’s account and network access controls.
