Pay
Since the company was founded, salaries have consistently been paid on time on the 5th of every month. Annual compensation is equivalent to 13–16 months of salary. We also provide special awards for employees and teams with outstanding annual performance.
Overtime
Employees whose monthly salary is below RMB 15,000 receive double pay for overtime worked on Saturdays. Other employees receive compensatory time off for overtime worked on weekends.
Team Stability
90% of our employees have been with the company for three years or longer. We value long-term career development. Employees over the age of 40 will not be dismissed unless they have made a serious error.
