Product overview

Exposes field-device data through Modbus interfaces for PLCs, HMI software or other Modbus clients, bringing different devices into a common data interface. Provides 2 Ethernet ports, 4 serial ports, 1024-point capacity. Acquisition covers more than 500 protocols; check the driver against each connected device. This edition also supports OPC DA acquisition.

Key functions

Serial-to-Ethernet routing

Supports transparent transport from a Modbus RTU bus to a Modbus TCP network for Ethernet access to serial devices.

Data-format processing

Supports linear scaling, bit extraction and byte-order conversion to handle different device data formats.

Scripts and triggers

Use JS scripts and triggers for required control logic alongside the configured communication points.

Web monitoring and operation

Use built-in web pages to view, configure and monitor device data during commissioning and operation.

Point-list configuration

Configure acquisition and forwarding mappings from the field point list, then upload the project for supervisory-system access.

Connections and integration

Acquisition covers all serial and Ethernet protocols in the reviewed list. Existing explicit support for OPC DA is retained. System-side interfaces: Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, OPC UA. Configure the device roles and point mappings for the installation.

Typical applications

Lighting-device connectivity and management; Field-meter data integration.

Model selection essentials

  • Model configuration: 2 Ethernet ports, 4 RS485 channels, 1024 points, 128 devices.

Current product specifications

Specifications are sourced from the supplied 2026 product catalog. Unspecified values remain unconfirmed.
